a. The award year runs from November 1 of the prior year through October 31 of the current year.

b. Owner and rider must be AEF members in good standing at the time the scores are earned.

c. Horse and rider combinations must be the same.

d. Horse and rider combinations may only receive one award per year at the highest level for which they qualify.

e. Four horse and rider combinations must enter into an award category for a Champion and Reserve Champion to be awarded at year-end.
